Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are shipped via trusted Australian carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle.

Please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch of delivery from the date of order processing.

All shipments include tracking, which will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Packaging & Protection

We take every precaution to package your items securely, with top loaders, sleeves, or protective mailers used for Pokémon TCG products.

This ensures your items arrive in excellent condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and delivery location.

Occassionaly, we may offer free or discounted promotions for specific products or events.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

Once a parcel is with the courier, shipping times are out of our control.
