Returns

At DropZoneAU, we aim to deliver quality products and a reliable experience for all our customers. As a general policy, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or buyer’s remorse.

However, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the item you receive is:

  • Faulty or damaged upon arrival
  • Significantly different from the description
  • Not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose

To request a return or report an issue, please contact us at dropzoneaubusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable. All claims will be reviewed in accordance with ACCC consumer guarantees.
